Or you look at the questions in front of you, but the words and figures do not mean anything to you?
Or the night before the exam, you can not sleep, even if you can sleep you have all those nightmares that you were too late for the exam, or the time was not enough to answer all the questions, or the questions were so difficult that you could not even answer half of them?
Or even tough you went through the whole content many times, it still feels like you do not remember anything?
Or you start comparing how much you study with your friends and think yours was not enough!
Will I be able to pass my exam?
Will I meet up the expectations of my parents or friends or family?
What if I fail?

Exam fear or even phobia is very common amongst students… This week, we will breathe together and work on very simple but very effective, tips and techniques. You can use them by yourself when you are preparing for an exam, right before an exam or even during an exam.
