Instagram Live – Story Behind a Great Project – Mind full of Mindful

After the completion of the eTwinning Project, Mind full of Mindful, we are hosting the teachers of this projects to share their experience and talk about the common work we did. We, as European School of Breath, started supporting this beautifully intentioned project by February 2021 and since then had many workshops that the kids and or the teachers are involved, and coached them with their breathwork and mindfulness related activities.
